Lush, passion and enjoyment characterize the dry red wine from the Vinagora 2018 and Mon De Selection 2020 gold medal vineyards in Strázsahegy. The characteristics of the terroir and the variety are properly presented in each Passionata bottle. A deep red Cabernet Franc selection characterized by a significant extract and a balanced acidity. Its aroma contains fresh red berries, which result in a pleasant long aftertaste. We recommend it with beef tenderloin, sirloin and steamed dishes, game dishes or meat dishes with brown sauce, as well as spicy hard cheeses.
